全面推进乡村振兴战略是当前做好农村工作的重要抓手,是实现巩固脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴有效衔接的重要任务。为了破解区域发展不平衡问题,使先富地区带动后发地区发展,派驻工作队的组团帮扶机制被普遍运用到精准扶贫与乡村振兴工作中。作为一种组团帮扶机制,驻镇帮扶工作队集中力量对重点镇进行帮扶,发挥了组团集成优势,但在嵌入乡村社会过程中也面临着一系列困境,通过完善统筹协调机制、内部协调对接机制、驻镇挂村联户工作机制和帮扶队员激励机制,推动驻镇帮扶工作队有效嵌入乡村社会,助推乡村振兴。
