MacDougall提出的国际资本流动福利效应模型,从资本收益的角度研究了国际资本流动的原因和福利效果,在理论上具有重要意义,但其分析结果十分抽象和模糊。本文在MacDougall理论分析框架上,将Cobb-Douglas生产函数作为定量分析基础模型,运用定量分析案例,进一步明晰国际资本流动对东道国和投资国GDP和GNP等方面的福利影响。

The MacDougall Model of international capital movement explored the reason and welfare effects of international capital movement, but the findings seem to be vague. This paper will, on the basis of the MacDougall Model, take a quantitative approach by using Cobb-Douglas production function and case-analysis to clarify the welfare effects of international capital movement on both home country and host countries.
