通过分析美国与东亚一体化之间的关系,认为:东亚一体化离不开美国,美国在经济和政治安全方面也需要东亚;美国对东亚一体化的态度经历了一个从反对到支持到有条件支持的过程,目前尤其关注东亚一体化"去美国化"的动向,并采取了相应的外交行动。针对美国的关注和行动,中国和其他东亚国家在坚持东亚一体化的地区特色的同时,应表明东亚一体化的开放性;中国要在实际行动中让美国和其他东亚国家看到其所发挥的建设性作用;让东盟扮演"领导者的角色";以"威胁中国论"反击"中国威胁论";超越"亚洲价值观"与西方价值观的论争等等。

This paper analyzes U.S's relations with East Asian integration(EAI),argues that:U.S can't be excluded outside of EAI, and East Asia is also very important for U.S.;the attitude of U.S. government experienced a shift from opposition to support, and from support to limited support. U.S. concerns closely the development of "De-Americanization",and has taken some diplomatic action to prevent the "Asia Bloc". The author also tries to put forward policy options for China and other East Asian Countries in response to the attitude and policies of the U.S.
