EU energy law is part of the international energy law of EU and its member states.It's also the domestic energy law of EU Member States.The third EU energy legislative package has formed a series of new electricity and gas legislation,including revision and amendments to the existing regulations and directives,the establishment of specialized institutions to strengthen cooperation among the energy regulators in EU Member States,further
reform of the internal electricity and natural gas market,elimination of the existing anti-competitive conduct,provision more fair price,cleaner and safer energy supply to the citizens of EU member States,etc.,reflecting the trends in EU energy strategy,law and policy development.It also has far-reaching implications for China.
