工业结构影响着环境的变化程度,不同的工业结构有着不同的环境状态特征。中国经济成长所依托的工业经济结构,使生态环境受到极大污染,生态环境保护刻不容缓。文章基于环境治理的视角,构建多目标工业结构优化模型,利用相关面板数据,对珠三角工业结构优化方案进行分析,为珠三角环境治理及工业结构优化提供理论依据,提出了推进珠三角环境污染控制和工业结构优化的政策建议。

Industrial structure affects the degree of environmental changes, and different industrial structures are characterized with different environmental conditions. The structure of the industrial economy, upon which China’s economic growth bases, has caused great pollution to China’s ecological environment. Therefore, the protection of ecological environmental brooks no delay. Based on the perspective of environmental governance, this article constructs a multi-objective optimization model of the industrial structure, and with the panel data, it analyzes the optimal structure of the industrial structure of Pearl River Delta, provides a theoretical basis for the environmental governance and industrial structure optimization of the Pearl River Delta, and proposes policy recommendations to promote environmental pollution control and industrial structure optimization in Pearl River Delta.
