政务微博在提高政府行政效率、促进政民互动、加快政府职能转变等方面起到越来越重要的作用。政府官方微博作为特殊的政务微博,形成的关注关系网络是它们现实社会关系维系和资源流通的重要载体。以中国省级政府官方微博为研究对象,运用社会网络分析方法,将省级政府微博关系网络置于整个中国政府微博关系网络之中,分别从宏观、中观和微观层面考察中国省级政府微博的关系网络,分析省级政府微博网络的整体属性、网络子结构属性和网络个体属性,探析其总体特征、分类情况以及个体网络影响力,并提出中国省级政府微博的发展建议。

Micro blogs run by the government agencies in China are of increasingly importance to improve the efficiency of the government administration, enhance government-civilian interaction, and accelerate the transformation of government functions etc. Government microblog is a special type of microblogs of government affairs, and the “focus” relationship formed within them plays a key role in maintaining relationships and exchanging resources in the real world. The research object is provincial government microblogs in China. Using social network analysis approaches, this paper focuses on the relationship network of the provincial government microblogs and analyses the overall attribute, substructure attribute and individual attribute of it in the whole government microblogs relationship network. Based on these results, the paper draws the conclusion with the overall characteristics, classification, and the influence of provincial government microblogs in China. Finally, the suggestions for the sound development of provincial government microblogs are also provided.
