藏缅语中的前置辅音不仅丰富,而且多样,在汉藏语系中极具代表性。前置辅音在不同语支中的类型既有差异,更显共性。从前置辅音的数量看,藏、羌语支较为多见,彝、缅语支较为少见,而景颇语支介于中间。从聚合类型看,前置鼻音最为多见,前置擦音较为多见,前置塞音较为少见,而前置塞擦音未见。从组合类型看,基本辅音倾向于选择塞音、塞擦音、鼻音以及擦音等。

The pre-initials in the Tibeto-Burman languages are not only rich, but also diverse, which is very representative in the Sino-Tibetan language family. The types of the pre-initial have both differences and commonalities in the different branches. From the number of the pre-initial, Tibetan and Qiang branches are very common, Yi and Myanmar branches are very rare, while Jingpo branch is of the medium level.
