将广东省放置于整个国际环境平台中,运用国际直接投资的相关原理,分析并指出广东省在承接国际产业转移方面存在着继续大规模承接国际产业转移具相当的局限性,承接国际产业转移与产业提升方向不吻合,对国际产业转移重要主体利用不足和环境建设不适合国际产业转移新要求等问题,并针对这些问题,对症下药式地提出为优化广东省承接国际产业转移,必须采取确立与新形势相适应的新观念、明确定位本省发展方向、营造良好承接国际产业转移环境和积极探索承接国际产业转移的新思路及新手段等对策措施。

Placing Guangdong in the international environment and applying the relevant principles of international direct investment, this essay analyses the limitations in Guangdong's continuing large-scale international industry transfer, the incompatibleness of the acceptance of international industry transfer with industrial upgrade, the underutilization of the main object of the international industry transfer, and the incompatibleness of the environmental construction with the international industry transfer, and etc. After the analysis, the essay proposes its countermeasures to optimize the acceptance of the international industry transfer, to evaluate the direction of Guangdong's development and to create a good environment for the international industry transfer.
