为了能准确客观的了解外商直接投资对广州经济增长的影响,本文从溢出效应、产业升级和经济增长三个方面进行了实证分析。通过分析,本文得出:2000年以后,FDI对广州的技术溢出效应较为明显;FDI对广州产业集群的形成和发展具有重要作用,同时也对广州的产业升级发挥了重要作用;FDI是广州经济增长的重要动力,但其对经济增长的贡献率仍低于国内资本对经济增长的贡献率,同时从时间序列看,FDI质量和数量呈现协调发展的现状。

In order to work out how much effect has been exerted on Guangzhou's economic growth by foreign capital,this paper has made a careful study of the Spill-over effect of FDI,industry upgrading and economic growth,then some conclusions and countermeasures have been made.
