In order to highlight the cornerstone role of sentencing recommendations in cases involving admission of guilt and acceptance of punishment, It is an obligation to realize the benign interaction between sentencing recommendations and sentencing rulings This benign interaction not only affects the realization of leniency where a defendant admits guilt and accepts punishment, but is also critical to the realization of fast-track disposal of cases involving admission of guilt and acceptance of punishment and the future tendency of procuratorate-court relation. Although, the benign interaction is equipped with theoretical foundation, norm basis and collaborative tendency of procuratorate-court relation as a logical starting point, it is also subject to many factors, such as the way of proposing sentencing recommendations, the standard of judicial review, and the perception of the reasons for appeal in second instance. Thereby, it is necessary for procuratorates to endeavor to improve the quality of sentencing recommendations, for courts to be more procedurally restricted when altering sentencing recommendations, and for both procuratorates and courts to rationally deal with the appeal where a defendant admitted guilt and accepted punishment.
