Termination is an inevitable link in the operation of rural collective economic organizations, especially legal persons. The law of rural collective economic organizations should be adjusted and regulated in the future. The main body of the collective land ownership is the peasant collective. And the rural collective economic organization is the representative of the exercise of the subject, only enjoying the management right according to law, so its termination will not endanger the land ownership. The legal person of rural collective economic organization should bear the responsibility and pay off debts independently with all its property. Its property is mainly operational assets of collective assets, excluding resource assets and non-operating assets. We should straighten out the function orientation of collective economic organization and village committee, separate public function and return to economic function. Rural collective economic organizations may be terminated due to dissolution, bankruptcy and other reasons, and shall be terminated when the liquidation and the cancellation of registration are completed. If a rural collective economic organization is terminated, the villagers' committee shall perform its functions on its behalf. Collective members shall establish new rural collective economic organizations within a specific period after the cancellation of registration.
