Abstract

Regional cooperation is a process of market transaction. It makes the resources allocated effectively and enhance the benefits of partners by using the comparative advantages. The transaction cost during regional cooperation affects the allocation of resources, the choice of resources allocation system is very important to the regional cooperation. Taking the cooperation among the Pan-Pearl River Delta Area for example, this paper makes a research on the base of regional cooperation, transaction cost, resources allocation system and so on.
