For the uncertainty of decision-making process and limitations with single subjective or objective method to determine the attribute weights，this paper proposed scheme based on fuzzy VIKOR method and combination weight method integrating subjective and objective weights，to solve the problem of outsourcing supplier selection． This paper used entropy weight coefficient method and the combination of subjective and objective weights to establish the weight model of the evaluation system， and applied fuzzy VIKOR method to comprehensive evaluation for outsourcing candidate suppliers selection，in order to find the R，S，Q and to give selection scheme． Finally，outsourcing supplier selection example in Guangdong Telecom verified the effectiveness of the method． Practical application shows that the best suppliers and the actual supplier selection result are very consistent，and the model can provide
reference for decision-makers to choose suppliers．
