Abstract
During the emergency management, to deal with all kinds of emergencies effectively demands the joint efforts of various parties from government to all walks of life in society, and each link of collaboration is inseparable from the information sharing, which directly affects the results of emergency collaboration. The paper uses the principal factor analysis to confirm the key factors of information sharing in emergency collaboration. It has found that the key influence factors included the support within the organization, the collaboration among organizations, legal protection and supervision & incentive, and the influence of the external environment, but information technology is no longer the key influence factor. Basing on the results, we analyze the role of key factors of information sharing in emergency collaboration and put forward some effective suggestions in the end.
