Abstract
The academic research on the Committee for Inspection focuses more on the development and evolution of the history of the Party. When we examine the changes of the Inspection Committee from an organizational perspective, we will find more complex aspects. This article attempts to use the political structure of the Party as a framework, adopts the research method of text analysis, conducts an in-depth text analysis of the previous work reports of the Central Inspection Committee, and discusses the dual organizational characteristics and internal mechanism of the Inspection Committee, China's core anti-corruption agency. On the one hand, it presents its authority and politics as a party institution, and on the other hand, it reflects its professionalism and standardization as a bureaucratic institution. Such dual attributes have allowed the Committee to form a more unique logical context in the course of its own changes and development, and this internal logic is actually a reflection of the political structure of the CPC's governance.
