Abstract
In the changing, nonlinear, fuzzy and complex environment, enterprise strategy is facing the pressure of shortening the time cycle and increasing influencing factors. In order to strengthen the shaping of entrepreneurs' strategic thinking ability, how to explore the enterprise development strategy based on the effective thinking mode is the key element of cultivating local entrepreneurs' strategic decision-making ability. Based on the grounded theory, this paper traces the development process of local representative entrepreneurs' strategic thinking. By dividing the influencing factors of entrepreneurs' strategic thinking into cultural level, practical level and analytical level, the paper also does research on how local entrepreneurs are able to draw the nutrients from their own excellent culture and their personal practice, and get analysis tools from their own knowledge system, so as to effectively carry out strategic thinking. This paper makes the fuzzy strategic thinking process clear, constructs the three-tier strategic thinking mode of local entrepreneurs, discusses the action mechanism and structure of the mode, and puts forward some suggestions for Chinese entrepreneurs to improve their strategic thinking ability in the new era.
