Author Fee Description

According to the relevant regulations of Jinan University, the relevant matters about the publication fee charged by this journal are as follows:

1. Charging standards:

1) The layout fee is charged according to the length of the edition, with RMB 400 per edition.

2) Those with excellent manuscripts can be exempted from paying the page fee.

3) The first author or corresponding author shall be paid with the remuneration.

2. Payment methods

1) If the first affiliation of the first author on the manuscript is the second-level college of Jinan University, please transfer it to the income card of the editorial department of the Jinan University Journal (card number: 90088600) by intra-campus transfer. Please select “page fee” for details of the abstract when transferring.

2) If the first affiliation of the first author on the manuscript is another affiliations (including the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University and other affiliated hospitals), please transfer the money to the Jinan University account by bank transfer. (Name of Affiliation: Jinan University; Bank of deposit: Jinan University Branch of Guangzhou, ICBC; Bank Account Number: 3602015819100000858).

3) The words “Journal (first author’s name) page fee” must be marked when transferring funds. If it is not marked, the account will not be found.

3. Payment time

Please complete the payment within 7 working days after receiving the email for payment of the layout fee.

4. Invoice information

1) Be sure to complete the invoice header and tax number and other information in the system in order to issue an invoice.

The path to fill in the invoice information is: submission system interface — accepted manuscripts — detailed information — the fee of this article — invoice (receipt) information

Required information: invoice title, taxpayer identification number, email address for receiving invoices

2) According to the requirements of the finance department, since July 1, 2017, electronic invoices have been issued uniformly.

3) After the invoice is issued, it will be sent to the mailbox for receiving the invoice filled in the system.

If the fee is not paid within the time limit, it will be deemed that the author has withdrawn the manuscript automatically, and the editorial department will withdraw the manuscript. Thanks for your cooperation!
